“That’s a big change a lot of people don’t make.

“In your school, you’re told: this is your assignment. Turn it in by this date. If you do what was asked, you get an A. Life doesn’t give out As. You have to have your own plan that you are executing. And executing well.

“It will often not make sense to other people. By definition, you have to do things that are not by consensus. Or you end up with an average career. Which is a big part of your live.”
